Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Lucknow office (Vikas Nagar, Sector 2). This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to learn practical hiring processes in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms

Build and manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles

Assist with onboarding coordination and joining formalities

Screening & Interview Coordination

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with internal hiring teams to understand role requirements

Participate in team discussions and contribute to recruitment planning

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records

Track hiring progress and learn basic recruitment metrics

Employer Branding

Support employer branding initiatives and social media hiring posts

What We’re Looking For

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of job portals and social media platforms

Willingness to work from office and learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior internship or academic exposure to HR/recruitment

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Interest in recruitment trends and HR practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
