Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Job Overview

Jolly Clamps Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Human Resource Intern with a technical education background to support recruitment and HR operations in a manufacturing/auto-components environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Candidate sourcing through portals, databases, and referrals
• Research and analysis for talent mapping
• Building and maintaining candidate databases
• Using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and HR analysis
• Interview coordination and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and HR documentation

Required Skills

• Recruitment and sourcing knowledge
• Research and analytical skills
• Database building and management
• Experience using AI tools for hiring
• Basic understanding of technical/engineering profiles
• Good communication and coordination skills

Education (Mandatory)

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Automotive /Industrial Engineering

Preferred Experience

• Fresher / Experience in manufacturing or auto-components industry
• Familiarity with technical hiring requirements
