HR Intern

As an HR Intern at dSPACE located in Trivandrum, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative Human Resource department for a duration of 6 months. Your journey will begin with an intensive induction period where your colleagues will guide you through our processes and help you acclimate to the team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various HR teams on talent acquisition and management, assisting in recruitment processes such as job postings and candidate coordination, contributing to onboarding activities for new hires, supporting HR operations and administration tasks, and working on HR projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will assist in developing and maintaining HR documentation and policies, conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends, preparing and delivering HR-related presentations, and gaining hands-on experience in areas like employee relations and performance management. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA with HR specialization, preferably accompanied by a B.Tech degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Moreover, having a passion for HR, familiarity with labor laws and statutory regulations, the ability to analyze industry practices, propose best practices, and recommendations, as well as a highly creative and innovative mindset will be advantageous.
