Stipend: Performance-Based (Up to ₹4,000–₹6,000)

About the Internship:

Cook n Klean is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our team. This internship offers practical exposure to the recruitment process, resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and other key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates

• Draft and publish job descriptions

• Coordinate interviews and assist in onboarding

• Maintain applicant records

• Participate in weekly HR sessions and presentations

What You Will Learn:

• Recruitment Lifecycle

• Professional Resume Building

• LinkedIn Profile Optimization

• Offer Letter Drafting & Email Etiquette

• Candidate Documentation Process

• Networking & Communication Skills

Eligibility:

• College students or recent graduates (HR background preferred)

• Strong communication and social media skills

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
