Role Overview: As an experienced HR professional with a Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or a related field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and goals. Your role will involve managing the recruitment and selection process for all positions, from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers. Additionally, you will develop and maintain employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. Your expertise in HR management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in a construction or related industry, will be crucial in handling employee relations issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring HR systems are up-to-date. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
