JobHR HeadAgora Microfinance India Limited (AMIL) is looking for an experienced HR leader with proven expertise in Organization Development, Employee Training, and HR best practices. This role is critical in shaping AMIL’s people strategy, building a high-performance culture, and driving capacity-building initiatives in alignment with AMIL's social impact mission. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment, work with limited supervision, and bring a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to HR leadership.

Tasks And Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic and operational HR leader, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement a people roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and performance management processes.
• Design and deliver learning & development programs to build leadership capability, functional excellence, and career progression pathways.
• Develop competitive rewards and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Drive culture-building initiatives, ensuring AMIL’s values and purpose are embedded across all levels.
• Establish robust HR policies, systems, and compliance frameworks that foster engagement and inclusivity.
• Champion a purpose-driven, inclusive workplace culture aligned to AMIL’s social sector objectives.
