Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Techjays. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in HR generalist roles with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
