Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Techjays, a leading software product company. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets through outbound sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new sales opportunities through research and cold calling to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential to effectively close deals and handle objections.
