HR Generalist

Role Overview: As an HR Generalist at our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing core HR functions. Your focus will be on employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, policy execution, performance management, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all our employees. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, ensuring prompt resolution and providing a supportive HR presence. - Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing employees. - Update and maintain employee data and records in HRIS systems like GreytHR, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. - Manage benefits and employee welfare programs, addressing related queries promptly. - Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and internal practices. - Design and execute engagement activities such as employee feedback surveys, team-building events, wellness initiatives, and culture-building programs. - Handle employee communication and recognition programs to nurture a motivated and connected workforce. - Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. - Coordinate performance review cycles, assist in goal setting, monitor progress, and gather feedback effectively. - Support managers in conducting constructive performance conversations. - Identify training and development needs, and contribute to implementing learning and development initiatives. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in HR operations and employee engagement. - Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and compliance with labor laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
