HR Generalist - Best Loyalty Programs Along With Consumer Incentive, Dealer Engagement and Reward Management.
Position Overview:

HR Generalist, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth day-to- day functioning of the HR department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gainbroad exposure across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and internal communication

You will work closely with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams to support both operational and strategic initiatives. From coordinating interviews and managing employee records to helping organize events and ensuring policy compliance, you ll be an integral part of creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate recordsSupport new employeeonboarding and inductionprocessesHelp maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to dateCoordinate HR-related communication, announcements, and employee queriesSupport the HR team in employee engagement activities,celebrations, and eventsHelp administer attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts teamAssist in drafting HR letters, policies, and internal communicationsContribute to creating HR dashboards and reports using Excel or HR software toolsMaintain confidentiality and ensure HR processes follow organizational standardsRequired Skills ExperienceGraduatePostgraduate degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field0 to 1 years of experiencein HR or internship experience in an HR support roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency inMS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good organizational and time-management abilitiesFriendly, approachable attitude and a willingness to learnDiscretion in handling confidential informationGood to Have:Experience in managing HR functions in a startup or rapidly scaling company environmentFamiliarity with labor laws and compliance standards across multiple Indian statesExposure to employee engagement strategies in hybrid or remote-first work modelsCertification in HR Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or similar domainsExperience with advanced HR tools like Zoho People, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactorsPrior involvement in DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiativesAbility to analyze HR data for attrition trends, satisfaction scores, and performance metricsStrong content writing or communication skills for internal newsletters, policy documentation, or employee handbooksBackground in handling confidential matters with high discretionParticipation in external HR communities, forums, or events to stay ahead of industry best practicesSounds Like You:You re a people-first HR professional who balances empathy with efficiency.
