Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at BiteSpeed, responsible for people success and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product development and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs for a smooth transition into the organization.
Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analyze HR metrics and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a software product company.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.
