HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Generalist with 2–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection process: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc.
• Support in payroll processing by coordinating with the finance department.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for PF, ESI, insurance, and statutory compliances.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in HR or equivalent post-graduate qualification (preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹12,966.23 - ₹43,212.57 per month
