To support our growth, we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR in our clinics based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and audit HR compliance documentation and statutory records. Manage end-to-end recruitments. Source candidates via portals, referrals, agencies, and social media. Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and handle offers. Organize seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction programs. Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical). Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs. Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and exit interviews. Address employee grievances professionally and escalate as needed. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory acts. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 5 - 8 years of relevant HR generalist experience; prior experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare industry is preferred. Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliance . Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Experience Required: 5 8 years (preferably in beauty, skin clinic, or healthcare industry) About Us: Zennara is a premier beauty and skin clinic offering cutting-edge dermatological and aesthetic treatments. We are committed to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our services. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Chartered Accountant with relevant industry experience to join our team and manage our Finance & Accounts department. Key Responsibilities: Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund allocation. Monitor banking operations and relationships. Prepare regular management reports (MIS) for strategic decision-making. Oversee inventory accounting for skincare products, consumables, and clinic equipment. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor operational expenses and identify areas of cost control and optimization. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances. Implement and maintain robust internal controls across financial processes. Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Required Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) CA/ Inter CA/ M.com. Preferably 58 years of relevant experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or skin clinic industry. Experience in handling multi-location clinic operations is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
