Key Responsibilities:

HR

• Manage the complete employee onboarding process, including documentation and induction scheduling.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and Full C Final (FCF) settlements.
• Oversee ESI C Medical Insurance enrolment and timely resolution of related queries.
• Maintain meticulous employee records and ensure 100% HR documentation compliance for internal/external audits.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
• Ensure timely sharing of CVs with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment tracker updates.
• Work towards reducing the average TAT (Turnaround Time) for closures.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and attracting top talent.

Employee Engagement & Experience:

• Plan and execute regular employee engagement activities to foster a vibrant work culture.
• Support the Performance Management System (PMS) by ensuring timely goal setting and review completion.
• Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and completing all necessary documentation.

Training & Business Partnering:

• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employees.
• Provide general HR support and consultation to managers on HR cases and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

  hands-on

  experience

  as an HR Generalist or HR Executive, with practical experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and compliance.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on employee satisfaction and efficient talent acquisition.
