HR Generalist

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will play a crucial role in the following areas: **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your primary focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and legal matters, as well as employee separation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process. - Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and training sessions. - Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts. - Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Provide employees with information regarding benefits options and enrollment. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies. - Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews. - Ensure the return of company property and completion of necessary paperwork. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in human resources or a related field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Detail-oriented and organized approach to work. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
