HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management. Your role will involve recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training and development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new hires - Handle employee complaints, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment - Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and retirement plans - Assist in developing performance evaluation systems and provide coaching to employees - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations - Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge In addition to the core HR responsibilities, you may also be involved in: - Collecting and analyzing HR data for reporting and analytics - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records - Contributing to workplace safety initiatives - Collaborating with other departments and facilitating communication between employees, managers, and executives As part of this full-time, permanent role, you will be expected to work night shifts at the in-person work location.,
