Location: Mohali Experience: 3 to 8 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and intellectual HR Generalist with exceptional communication skills to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage diverse HR responsibilities effectively. A postgraduate degree (MBA) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for employees. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring timely resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Maintain HR records, including employee details and attendance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies and practices. Collaborate with management to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. Required Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory) Candidates from re known colleges like Chitkara University, Delhi University , Punjab University will be at advantage. 3 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an IT company. Strong academic background with a minimum of 80% aggregate in graduation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and labor laws. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High intellectual aptitude with problem-solving capabilities.
