The role requires strong expertise in Employee Relations , HR Policies , Recruitment , Performance Management , Engagement , Onboarding , HR Strategy , Employee Counseling , Performance Appraisal , HR Analytics , Employee Communication , Head Hunting , and proficiency in MS Office , MS Outlook , MS Excel , PowerPoint Presentation , and Google Suite . Key Responsibilities: Policy Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure policies comply with labor laws and industry standards. Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in legislation and organizational growth. Head Hunting Talent Acquisition: Lead strategic head-hunting initiatives to identify and attract top-tier talent for key leadership and specialized roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline. Leverage various recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events. Employee Relations Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts effectively. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention and job satisfaction. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and work with managers to set measurable goals and development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in policy formulation and implementation . Strong background in head-hunting and talent acquisition . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
