Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive S enior hr manager to lead all human resource functions at our manufacturing facility in Turbhe. This is a leadership role suited for candidates with strong experience in HR operations within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and internal policies Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory documentation Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and training Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports Requirements: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of labor laws , compliance , and factory HR practices Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a small HR team and work independently MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: HR sourcing: 5 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
