Senior Business Analyst Location: Mohali Delhi Experience: 4 to 8 years Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Business Analyst - Pre Sales to join our Appwrk team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent client interaction abilities, and a proven track record in presales activities. A strong academic record with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks is required. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to gather and document business requirements. Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and use cases. Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs to support the sales team in securing projects. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and client needs. Collaborate with the technical team to define solutions that align with client expectations and project objectives. Create wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams to articulate proposed solutions clearly. Lead client presentations and demonstrations during the pre-sales cycle. Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks. 4 to 8 years of experience in business analysis and presales roles within an IT company. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, and wireframing software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills: Strong communication to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. Analytical ability to interpret requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions. Expertise in creating detailed documentation (BRD, FRS) and prototypes using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Figma. Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data workflows. Problem-solving to address challenges in processes and requirements. Facilitation skills for leading requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder alignment. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
