Job Summary The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting SnM business processes and production support within a hybrid work model. With 6 to 8 years of experience the candidate will be responsible for enhancing business services and operations. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and support of SnM business processes to ensure seamless operations and production support. Oversee the identification of business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for stakeholders. Provide expertise in business services to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive continuous improvement. Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows for transparency and consistency. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Support the implementation of new business processes and systems to enhance productivity and service delivery. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business processes. Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and systems. Contribute to the companys purpose by driving impactful changes that benefit society and the organization. Qualifications Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Demonstrate proficiency in SnM business process support and production support. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Have a solid understanding of business services operations and process optimization. Show experience in documenting and maintaining business processes and workflows. Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment. Hold a bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
