Job Description

Hiring H R Generalist

KEY Responsibilities

Administer and support recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide support in employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Administer compensation and benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and issue resolution.
Support performance management processes including appraisals and employee development plans.
Assist with HR policy development, communication, and compliance with labor regulations.
Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain training records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed for management.
Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
