  • Supporting the onboarding process:Ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company by completing necessary paperwork and providing information about company policies and procedures.

Employee Records & Data Management:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records: This involves keeping accurate and up-to-date information in HR databases.
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration: This may involve tasks related to processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

General HR Support:

  • Providing general administrative support:This could include tasks like preparing HR documents, managing HR files, and assisting with HR-related projects.
  • Supporting employee relations:Addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
