Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
