HR FRESHER

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our recruitment team. The role involves assisting in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding and documentation.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
• Learn and implement the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
