HR FRESHER

As an HR Fresher at our company, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. Your role will involve various responsibilities to support the HR functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - **Recruitment Support:** - Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - **Onboarding & Offboarding:** - Help in onboarding new hires, preparing documents, and conducting orientation sessions. Assist with exit processes and documentation. - **HR Administration:** - Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist in preparing reports and documentation. - **Employee Engagement:** - Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, internal communications, and surveys. - **Policy Compliance:** - Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and documentation is up to date. - **Learning & Development:** - Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance and feedback records. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Good organizational and time management skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, the job offers full-time employment with a day shift and morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses are also part of the benefits package.
