Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
  • Prepare HR letters, documents, and reports.
  • Handle attendance and leave management.
  • Provide support in payroll and compliance activities.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and build a career in HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
