HR Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with a wide range of experience in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help prepare HR documents like offer letters, employment contracts, and reports.
• Learn and assist with performance management processes and HR policy documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
