About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with a wide range of experience in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Help maintain employee records and update internal HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Help prepare HR documents like offer letters, employment contracts, and reports. Learn and assist with performance management processes and HR policy documentation. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
