Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team and support the HR department with daily administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date and accurate Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires Help organize employee engagement and welfare activities Assist with documentation related to attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs Coordinate training and development programs Maintain HR-related reports and databases Handle employee queries and support in HR policy implementation Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlement processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good organizational and time-management abilities Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field Preferred Qualifications: Internship or academic project experience in HR (if any) Knowledge of any HRMS or HR software is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
