HR Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team and support the HR department with daily administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date and accurate
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires
• Help organize employee engagement and welfare activities
• Assist with documentation related to attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Maintain HR-related reports and databases
• Handle employee queries and support in HR policy implementation
• Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic project experience in HR (if any)
• Knowledge of any HRMS or HR software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
