The position ensures smooth functioning of all HR processes and promotes a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding of new employees. Maintain and update the recruitment database. 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
