Job Description

Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update HR databases, records, and personnel files.
Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Contribute to policy implementation and process improvements.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in building a career in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
