Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Help in organizing employee training and development programs
Assist in managing employee engagement activities
Support the HR team in compliance and regulatory reporting

Skills and Qualifications
