HR Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WeCredit, your main responsibility will be managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new employees. You will also be responsible for drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and updating hiring trackers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your role will also involve assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents. You will need to ensure timely communication and implementation of updated policies, as well as maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant. In addition to talent acquisition and policy management, you will support HR operations by assisting in onboarding, induction, and exit processes. You will also coordinate with finance and admin teams for HR-related operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. As part of the HR team at WeCredit, you will be responsible for managing and updating HRMS or internal systems with accurate employee data. You will also be required to maintain and analyze HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making. Furthermore, you will play a key role in providing general HR support by assisting in employee engagement activities, internal communications, and acting as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. You will also support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining necessary records.
