Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive (Female) to manage and oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should be capable of fostering a healthy and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process for new hires.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company celebrations.
• Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between management and staff.
• Conduct exit interviews and complete full and final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and manage HR-related audits.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as an HR Executive, preferably in an IT or tech company.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
