Job Description

 

  • Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.

  • Create and post job descriptions across job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.

  • Source potential candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Handle offer roll-out, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
