HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who is equally skilled in people management and technology. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement) while also taking responsibility for sales staff training, onboarding, and performance tracking using modern tools. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & HR Operations Source, screen, and hire candidates for telesales, back office, and other roles. Manage onboarding, documentation, payroll, attendance, and HR compliance. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities. 2. Sales Training & Development Design and conduct regular training sessions for telesales and sales executives. Build training material (scripts, objection handling, CRM usage, product knowledge). Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback for improvement. Support managers in setting KPIs, incentives, and performance evaluations. 3. Tech & Process Management Use CRM, call management tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRMS software for tracking. Implement training dashboards and performance reporting systems. Coordinate with IT/Tech team to improve employee productivity via automation. RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR + training (preferably in sales-focused companies). Strong communication and presentation skills (Gujarati/Hindi/English). Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM, HRMS, Excel, Google Workspace. Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
