Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end brand presence across digital platforms. This role will focus on building brand awareness, generating engagement, and driving conversions through powerful content, storytelling, and campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Plan monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Content Creation & Management Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns with design/creative teams. Write captions, ad copies, and hooks tailored to different audiences. Ensure consistency of brand voice, theme, and storytelling. Community Engagement Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build strong online communities. Leverage polls, Q&A, contests, and UGC to increase participation. Advertising & Growth Plan and manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation. Track analytics and prepare performance reports. Trendspotting & Innovation Stay updated with digital trends, memes, and industry benchmarks. Experiment with new formats, collaborations, and influencer marketing. RequirementsGraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field. 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing/management. Strong skills in content writing, basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop), and video editing. Knowledge of paid campaign management and analytics tools. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience) + incentives.
