Job Description

Designation: HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an academic or educational institution.

Location: Vellore

Managing recruitment and selection processes for university Faculty & Staff, including resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and university regulations.
Overseeing employee relations, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintaining employee records.
Assessing training needs and coordinating training and development programs for staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably in an academic or educational institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
