Job Description

As an integral part of our team at Vijay Super Speciality Hospital, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition through induction and documentation procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining new hire documentation, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and monitoring attendance records to ensure accuracy in reporting. Managing leave requests and compliance with hospital policies will be a key aspect of your role, requiring you to maintain and update leave records efficiently. Utilizing GreytHR for managing employee data, attendance, and leave records will be essential, along with ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS. In this role, you will generate reports and analytics from GreytHR for management review, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Minimum Wage Act, and Labor Welfare Fund. Staying updated on changes in labor laws and implementing necessary adjustments in policies and procedures will be a critical part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - BBA / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Competencies: - Strong understanding of labor laws in India, including PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, and minimum wage. - Familiarity with GreytHR or similar HRIS systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. - Ability to assess situations, analyze data, and make informed decisions. - Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing HR records and reports. - Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. - Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the healthcare sector.
