About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and manage US HR operations. The role involves working closely with US-based clients and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with US labor laws, and supporting day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, documentation, induction, and exits) for US employees.
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and time-off/leave policies in line with US compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws, federal and state regulations, and client-specific policies.
  • Coordinate with US clients and internal stakeholders to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives for US employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and employee files in compliance with data protection policies.
  • Assist in recruitment activities for US roles, including coordination with hiring managers and scheduling interviews.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for payroll accuracy and reporting.
  • Generate HR reports, track metrics, and support audits as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to US HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of US payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with US clients or US-based HR processes.
  • Familiarity with E-Verify, I-9 forms, FMLA, HIPAA, and US labor law compliance.
  • Experience in handling HR queries across multiple time zones.
