Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, supporting organisational development, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation.
  • Support management in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Supervise HR team members and coordinate HR activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, optimise workforce planning, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives and organisational updates to management and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies through regular audits and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrable supervisory or management experience within an HR environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools relevant to human resources metrics.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ATS platforms and experience in recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with human resources legislation and best practices in employee relations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to contribute their expertise in a collaborative setting while supporting organisational growth through effective human resource strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
