Job Description

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Support in driving closure for new joiner documentation, BGV, KYC in coordination with central ops.
  • Responsible for rich onboarding experience of employees , new joiner connects and hand holding.
  • Drive HR interventions and create policy / process awareness.
  • Manage end to end performance management cycle, PIP etc.
  • Work closely in building employee relations and identify pulse.
  • Employee engagement initiatives, fun at work activities for stakeholders in business and location.
  • Operations like F&F, exit management, clearances, data management Etc.
  • Manage grievances and employee queries, also take initiatives to reduce queries, and enhance awareness.
  • Engage with leaders and enhance connect sessions with business team members.
  • Partner with business leadership on people agenda and take relevant initiatives.
  • Prepare and present timely reports / analysis of various employee data.
