HR Executive

The role involves managing various HR functions to support the organization's recruitment, onboarding, employee records documentation, employee engagement, compliance policies, performance management, and exit formalities. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, conducting reference checks, preparing job offers, and facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation. Additionally, you will maintain and update employee records, prepare HR documents, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. You will also play a key role in organizing employee engagement activities, addressing grievances, and promoting a healthy work environment. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and gratuity, supporting audits, and assisting in drafting and enforcing HR policies will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting performance appraisal processes, coordinating training programs, and managing exit formalities including resignation, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements are also crucial aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, BBA, MSW, or MBA in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company. Experience in hiring for electrical engineering, switchgear, or control panel roles would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools is also required.
