Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, and daily HR operations to ensure smooth functioning across all company departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and shop-floor positions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
  • Conduct preliminary HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Handle onboarding, induction programs, ID creation, and joining formalities.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Address basic employee grievances and escalate as needed.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Support statutory compliance activities such as ESI, PF, and labor records.
  • Maintain HR documents as per audit and compliance requirements.

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records, and assist in skill development programs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of automobile industry operations and manpower structure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

  • Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Additional HR certifications are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
