Job Description

An HR Executive (Recruiter) is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. He/ She should play a key role in building the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.  Key Responsibilities: ·        Understanding Staffing Needs: Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.  ·        Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels like job Portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Apna Job etc, social media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, etc and employee referrals to find qualified and best candidates within time frame & Budget.  ·        Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams for interviews.  ·        Managing the Recruitment Process: Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), managing candidate records, and providing regular updates to hiring managers and candidates.  ·        Offer Management: Negotiating offers, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.  ·        Employer Branding: Enhancing the company's reputation as an employer and attracting top talent.  ·        Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience: Providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.  ·        Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.    ·        Training and Development: Coordinating and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.  ·        Employee Engagement: Planning and executing employee engagement activities to boost morale and motivation.  ·        Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports.  Attendance & Payroll knowledge..with other responsibilities assigned by HOD.     Required Skills: ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software. ·        Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law. ·        Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. ·        Strong organizational and time management skills. ·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  ·        Knowledge of Advance Excel & PPT is must.
