Job Opening: HR Executive + Content Writer & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can not only manage essential HR functions but also contribute creatively as a content writer and social media manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both people management and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, employee onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, payroll assistance, and compliance records.
• Address employee queries, support engagement activities, and manage HR operations.

Content & Social Media Responsibilities:

• Write engaging content for job posts, company updates, and brand storytelling.
• Generate fresh ideas for promotional campaigns, ads, and video concepts.
• Plan and oversee the creation of Instagram reels, social media posts, and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with the creative/design (cinematographer + editor) team to bring campaigns to life.
• Track performance of social media content and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, compliance).
• Strong writing skills in English (creative + professional).
• Familiarity with social media trends, especially Instagram Reels & short-form content.
• Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
