Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Policy & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Performance Management:
• Support appraisal processes and assist in tracking employee performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of HR experience (real estate or sales-driven industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
