Job Profile 1. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with companies policies and procedures 2. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data 3. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. 4. Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. 5. Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. 6. Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment. 7. Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. 8. Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff. 9. Collaborates with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis. 10. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.  Goods knowledge of all accounting terms.  Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. GST working knowledge & TDS working. Candidates who can join early are most preferred.

He/ She should play a key role in building the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
