Key Responsibilities of a Data Analyst: ·        Data Collection and Management: Gathering data from various sources, streamlining data collection processes, and designing, maintaining, and optimizing databases and data systems.  ·        Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, using statistical methods and tools to answer key business questions.  ·        Data Visualization: Creating visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present findings clearly and effectively.  ·        Reporting and Communication: Generating reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical teams.  ·        Collaboration: Working with other teams (e.g., marketing, finance, engineering) to understand their data needs and support data-driven decision-making.  ·        Problem Solving: Identifying and solving data-related issues, recommending solutions, and contributing to process improvements. Planning of overall Inventory by coordination. ·        Data Governance: Ensuring data quality, integrity, and adherence to data governance standards.  Skills Required: ·        Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.  ·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database management.  ·        Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.  ·        Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.    Skills Required for an Analyst: ·        Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data.  ·        Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.  ·        Technical Skills: Depending on the role, analysts may need proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and programming languages.  ·        Attention to Detail: Analysts need to be detail-oriented and meticulous in their work to ensure accuracy and reliability.  ·        Problem-Solving: The ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems using data-driven insights is essential.  Should be thorough with Advance Excel, Google Sheets, Conditional formulas.
