Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition for ITI Electricians associated with our Meter Installation Project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance support, and overall workforce administration for the Panjim location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage full-cycle recruitment for ITI Electricians and other technical roles.- Source, screen, and interview candidates as per project requirements.- Collaborate with project managers for manpower planning and timelines.- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for continuous project staffing.- Conduct verification, documentation, and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Administration- Handle daily HR operations at the Panjim site.- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.- Address employee queries and provide HR support.- Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination- Manage daily attendance tracking.- Compile monthly attendance and share within timelines.- Coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing.- Maintain leave records and resolve attendance issues.

4. Compliance & Reporting- Support labor law and workforce compliance.- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower updates.- Ensure accurate submission of HR data to corporate teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.- 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience.- Preferred experience recruiting ITI/Electrical profiles.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and HR systems.- Ability to work independently on-site.
